커뮤니티 가이드라인

1. 목적 / Purpose

KTownDMV는 버지니아, 메릴랜드, 워싱턴 DC(DMV) 지역 한인 커뮤니티가 서로 돕고, 정보를 나누고, 안전하게 교류할 수 있는 공간입니다. 이 가이드라인은 모든 사용자에게 안전하고 존중받는 환경을 보장하기 위해 마련되었습니다.

KTownDMV is a space for the Korean community in the DMV area to help each other, share information, and connect safely. These guidelines exist to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users.

2. 환영하는 콘텐츠 / Encouraged Content

다음과 같은 콘텐츠를 환영합니다:

• DMV 지역 생활 정보 및 경험 공유
• 질문과 답변을 통한 상호 도움
• 구인구직, 중고거래, 부동산 매물 등 실용적인 정보
• 지역 이벤트와 모임 소식
• 한인 업소 정보 및 방문 후기

We welcome the following content:

• Sharing DMV-area lifestyle information and experiences
• Helping each other through questions and answers
• Practical information such as jobs, secondhand marketplace, and housing
• Local event and gathering announcements
• Korean business information and visit reviews

3. 금지된 콘텐츠 / Prohibited Content

다음 콘텐츠는 허용되지 않습니다:

• 스팸, 광고, 원치 않는 상업적 콘텐츠
• 불법 상품·서비스 판매 또는 홍보
• 저작권, 상표권 등 지적재산권 침해 콘텐츠
• 차별적, 혐오적, 위협적 또는 괴롭힘 콘텐츠
• 타인의 개인정보 무단 게시
• 허위 정보 또는 악성 코드
• 미성년자 보호 법률을 위반하는 콘텐츠

전체 금지 행위 목록은 이용약관 제3조를 참조해 주세요.

The following content is not allowed:

• Spam, advertisements, or unsolicited commercial content
• Selling or promoting illegal goods or services
• Content infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Discriminatory, hateful, threatening, or harassing content
• Unauthorized posting of others' personal information
• False information or malicious code
• Content violating child protection laws

4. 신고 방법 / How to Report

게시글, 댓글, 장터·채용·부동산·이벤트 게시물, 업소 리뷰 등 부적절한 콘텐츠를 발견하면 해당 콘텐츠의 신고(플래그) 버튼을 눌러 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고 시 사유를 선택하고 필요한 경우 추가 설명을 작성해 주세요.

저작권 침해 콘텐츠의 경우 DMCA 정책에 따른 신고 절차를 이용해 주세요. 계정 문제나 기타 우려 사항은 [email protected]으로 문의해 주세요.

If you see inappropriate content — including posts, comments, marketplace, job, housing, event listings, or business reviews — please use the report (flag) button on that content. Select a reason and, if helpful, add details.

For copyright-infringing content, please follow the reporting process in our DMCA Policy. For account issues or other concerns, contact [email protected].

5. 신고 후 처리 절차 / What Happens After You Report

• 모든 신고는 관리자 팀이 검토합니다
• 신고 대상 콘텐츠를 확인하고 가이드라인 및 법률에 따라 판단합니다
• 위반이 확인되면 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 필요한 경우 작성자에게 제재를 적용합니다
• 악의적이거나 반복적인 허위 신고는 신고자의 활동에 제한을 초래할 수 있습니다

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We will:

• Review the report against these guidelines and applicable laws
• Remove content that violates the guidelines and take action against the author if needed
• Note that malicious or repeated false reports may result in restrictions on the reporter

6. 제재 / Enforcement

위반 정도에 따라 다음과 같은 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다:

• 위반 콘텐츠 삭제
• 계정 정지 또는 영구 해지
• 이용약관 위반 시 법적 조치

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take actions including:

• Removing the violating content
• Suspending or permanently terminating the account
• Taking legal action for violations of the Terms of Service
