KTownDMV는 디지털 밀레니엄 저작권법(DMCA)을 준수하며, 저작권자의 권리를 보호하기 위해 노력합니다. 본 페이지는 저작권 침해 신고 절차 및 대응 절차를 설명합니다.

KTownDMV respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page describes the procedure for reporting copyright infringement and the corresponding counter-notification process.

2. 저작권 침해 신고 / Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

저작권을 소유하고 계시거나 저작권자로부터 권한을 위임받은 대리인께서는 다음 정보를 포함하여 DMCA 테이크다운 통지를 이메일로 보내주시기 바랍니다:

• 권리자의 물리적 또는 전자 서명
• 침해되었다고 주장하는 저작물의 식별 정보
• 침해하고 있다고 주장되는 자료의 식별 정보 및 위치 (URL)
• 권리자의 연락처 (이메일, 주소, 전화번호)
• 권리자가 선의로 침해가 아니라고 믿지 않는다는 진술
• 통지 정보가 정확하며, 위증 시 처벌을 감수한다는 진술

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, please submit a DMCA takedown notice via email containing the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification and location (URL) of the material that is claimed to be infringing
• Contact information (email, address, phone number)
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act

4. 대응 절차 / Response Procedure

유효한 DMCA 테이크다운 통지를 받은 경우, KTownDMV는:

• 지체 없이 관련 자료에 대한 접근을 차단 또는 삭제합니다
• 해당 자료를 게시한 사용자에게 통지를 전달합니다
• 반대 통지(counter-notification)를 받으면 10-14영업일 이내에 자료를 복원합니다

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, KTownDMV will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the identified material
• Notify the user who posted the material
• Restore the material within 10-14 business days upon receipt of a valid counter-notification

5. 반대 통지 / Counter-Notification

자료가 실수로 또는 잘못된 식별로 인해 삭제되었다고 생각되는 사용자는 다음 정보를 포함한 반대 통지를 제출할 수 있습니다:

• 사용자의 물리적 또는 전자 서명
• 삭제된 자료의 식별 정보 및 삭제 전 위치
• 위증 시 처벌을 감수하고, 자료가 실수 또는 잘못된 식별로 인해 삭제되었다는 진술
• 사용자의 이름, 주소, 전화번호, 그리고 해당 주소지 관할 연방 법원의 재판에 동의한다는 진술

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address

6. 반복 침해자 정책 / Repeat Infringer Policy

KTownDMV는 적절한 상황에서 반복적으로 저작권을 침해하는 사용자의 계정을 해지합니다. 저작권 침해로 통지된 사용자는 경고를 받게 되며, 반복적인 침해 시 서비스 이용이 영구적으로 차단될 수 있습니다.

KTownDMV will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. Users who receive copyright infringement notices will be warned, and repeated infringement may result in permanent account suspension.

7. 허위 신고 / Misrepresentations

고의로 허위 정보를 포함한 DMCA 통지 또는 반대 통지를 제출하는 경우, 손해 배상 책임을 포함한 법적 책임을 질 수 있습니다 (17 U.S.C. § 512(f) 참조).

Knowingly submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification that contains false information may result in legal liability, including damages (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
